Master Bedroom Update

If there is one piece of advice that I can give, it's don't wait years to update your bedroom when you move into a new house.

I've owned this home for nearly four years now, and I just tackled my bedroom last month.

Part of the delay was that this was not the room I intended to have long term and secondly, I felt zero inspiration. In hindsight, a fresh coat of paint and some new bedding would have done wonders, both for my mood and creativity.

Antique Refinished Dining Room Table

Oh, my everchanging house!

Last November I refinished a pine table and put it in the dining room.  I was really pleased with how it turned out, but knew it wasn't the forever table. The forever table was the one that I had moved out to make way for the newly finished one.

Gray Glazed Sideboard

Happy New Year!

We're a week into 2019 and I've just completed my first custom project and, gosh, I'm so in love with it!

I was given several inspiration pictures to work with and this is what I came up with; a classic looking piece done in modern grays with minimal distressing.
