Lately, I've been finishing pieces of furniture that have been sitting around in the back of my garage forever.
My latest project was this sturdy antique bench.
I found it at a tag sale this past summer looking like this...

I gave it a coat of white chalk paint and heavily distressed it.
And then I sealed it with wax to give it a little extra durability.
The fabric was from my stash and was originally from IKEA. I love their fabrics and this one is no exception!
This science based fabric would be perfect for so many projects.
