Pretty Pink & White Bench

Morning everyone!

I had intended to share this pretty pink and white bench with you all on Friday, but time totally got away from me.

This has to be one of my favorite pieces to date! It isn't often that I get to work on a project for a young girl, so I always am thrilled when I get to pull out something pink!

We originally found this one weekend on our way back from Vermont. The lines and structure of the piece were fantastic, but it was a bit heavy looking and dated.

The bench ended up being a custom order in shabby white (I used chalk paint to get that perfectly worn finish).

The seat was recovered in a bold pink and white chevron.

I super loved this bench staged in my study! Doesn't it look fantastic against the dark chalkboard wall!

I'm looking forward to sharing more custom orders with you all in the near future. I have some great projects lined up!

  3. Hi just love this pink & white bench. I can't wait to pass the link along to my friend, Mary, whose whole house (well, almost) is done in bright pink and white. She'll love this idea! Cheryl @ 22 Applegate Lane
