The Connecticut Farmhouse...

After selling my home in Massachusetts we settled in northern Connecticut, buying a 100 year old farmhouse.  It is structurally so super solid, but is in major need of some renovations and decorating. We are slowly making it our own and look forward to sharing the process with you all.

The Massachusetts House...

I loved this little house in the city! It was filled with so much charm and I redid just about every square inch of it over the nearly 20 years that I owned it.

    1. Hi Wendy!
Thanks for your comment! The colors in my kitchen are Benjamin Moore "Owl Gray" on the upper walls. Behr "Bright White" on all the woodwork and black chalkboard paint on the backsplash.

  15. Love the dining room table centerpiece. Looks like a wooden box or old drawer w/ a grouping of brass candlesticks & peacock blue candles. Very creative.

  16. I miss the charm and individuality of the houses that are ANYWHERE but here in Las Vegas, where they all look like the really old song, "Little house on the hilltop, and they're all made out of ticky tacky...and they all look the same". Desert living has it perks - no ice storms, but we lost the uniqueness of the houses...and the bigger yards! Love the interior you've created, SO much! Happy Wednesday - Tanya
