Two-Toned Occasional Table

*I was compensated for this post with supplies, however all content, thoughts and opinions are my own.
This is totally and completely a piece of furniture that I want to keep for our own home. If, I had the room, but I am sadly maxed out. So, is the life of a furniture painter, right? This, is also why, I typically try to use accent colors that would never go in my home. No lie. It is seriously easy to get attached to certain pieces!

Classic Black & Gold Coffee Table

Yesterday we were hit with some pretty wild weather up here in the northeast and today looks like more of the same. Honestly, though I love those thunder storms that happen only in the summer!  I spent a good part of yesterday painting some smaller pieces that I could bring into the house in between storms. I'll share at least one of those later this week, but today I have this classic coffee table to show you all.

Adding Personality to the Yard with a Flag

*I was gifted this flag, however all content, thoughts and opinions are my own.
Everyone needs to show their team (or country, or animal or whatever it is that you love) spirit from time to time. Am I right?

Persimmon Boys Dresser

*I was compensated for this post with supplies, however all content, thoughts and opinions are my own.
Are you all ready to feast your eyes on the most amazing shade of orange you've ever seen?

This is a dresser I just finished a couple of days ago and the color is so, so good. I urge you all to find something to paint in this shade and just go for it!

Chippy, Country Desk

*I was compensated for this post with supplies, however all content, thoughts and opinions are my own.
Painting furniture has been a little bit sketchy around here lately. The hot, humid weather and rain seriously puts a damper on my work. And then I went to the beach. FYI, I will always choose the beach over furniture painting.

French Inspired Vintage End Table

*I was compensated for this post with supplies, however all content, thoughts and opinions are my own.
Morning everyone!

A couple of weekends ago I painted this gorgeous French inspired end table.

I'm a huge fan of two toned pieces and was thrilled by how this one turned out!

Study Update: Our Graffiti Wall & New Rug

*I was compensated for this post with supplies, however all content, thoughts and opinions are my own.
First of all, the name of this room is up for debate in our household. Over the years, this space has been our den, office and classroom (my boys are homeschooled).  When we finally decided to renovate it we were torn on what to call the space. So this might change in the future, but for sure it will be some variation of study or lounge.

Summer Dining Room Tour & Boho Doily Bunting

Hey friends!

Yesterday was an interesting one for sure, both with my boys' behaviors and the never ending bathroom saga. Can we all agree to just forget about them both for a minute and focus on the prettiness that is our summer dining room.

Chippy, Painted Farm Desk

You guys this long weekend was seriously crazy. We got so much accomplished on our to do lists. My husband focused on the study renovation. The remaining three walls are so close to being painted. And, I focused on painting furniture. I have furniture pickups all day today which will help me to clean out my workspace to get started on lots of new projects.

One piece that is going to its new home is this gorgeous farm desk. Seriously. It was originally from a fruit farm and the current owner hunted it down and brought it to me for custom painting.

Updated Antique Farmhouse Table

First of all, I completely promise more posts about the renovations in our home very soon. Maybe even by next week. Things are just in that phase where one room is at the disaster stage and the other one is close to done, but not quite there. Because of this, I have been busying myself with hunting down and painting furniture.

Contributor Post, A Feature & Curated Collection

Hey everyone!

I thought I would wrap a bunch of things into one post this morning. I've been a few different places on the web (which is always super exciting) and wanted to share them with you all.

First up...It's July! Super craziness, right? This year has been flying! My new contributor post just went live at Jennifer Rizzo Design. Please head on over there and leave me a comment. I'm sort of loving this months project!
